Step Forward & Intacare aspire to deliver the highest quality of care
Compassion, sensitivity and determination to get the very best outcome possible for each individual is at the heart of our support delivery, alongside the expertise and experience that make our team so successful as a whole. .
Provision of an internal assessment team enables our services to be safe and effectively regulated and enhances the effectiveness of services and care provided. This approach ensures that the high levels of care and intervention that we expect are delivered. Achieving positive outcomes, coupled with the experience of our service users and staff, defines the quality of our service and is at the heart of everything we do. This approach is also reflective of the national agenda for quality. Our priorities for driving quality within Step Forward & Intacare are to:
Step Forward & Intacare foster an open and transparent culture that promotes evidence-based practice, continuous learning and improvement. We aspire to be world class and a beacon of good practice for other health and social care providers. |
Step Forward & Intacare have a set of values centred upon the individual
The personnel involved in Step Forward & Intacare have many years experience in the Health and Social Care field both in the public and private sector. Throughout all of this combined experience one thing remains constant and that is the focus on the quality of care delivery.
The values we hold that underpin this quality focus are based on the assertion that everyone we support is an individual and deserves the best care that can be delivered to them. We work hard to make the daily lives of our service users as independent and comfortable as possible, always respecting their right to dignity and personal space. The programmes of physical and emotional care we develop are regularly reviewed in order that they can evolve with changing needs. Our care is tailor-made; a ‘one size fits all’ approach is totally inappropriate when dealing with people with such diverse conditions in conjunction with hugely varying emotional and physical needs that any individual may require. We measure our success by providing objective, quantitative and auditable data that measures outcomes, effectiveness and user experience to continuously drive improvement. |
Our staff
Our staff are simply required to treat all those in their care as they themselves would wish to be treated, working as a team in supporting one another to ensure that the core values of Step Forward & Intacare are upheld at all times.
Our team have been selected not only because each is at the very top of their field professionally, but because every member of staff has a genuine passion for what they do. The hard work that goes into caring for those we support demands absolute dedication, and the sense of achievement that comes with the incredible results we see daily is what motivates us. |
